RACHEL W. FLAM
I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at London Business School.
My research interests span financial archival research topics. Within this space, I am particularly interested in corporate disclosure and the impact of information intermediaries. I seek to conduct research that not only advances academic knowledge but also makes a social impact. My research has been published in top accounting journals and discussed in the financial media, including by The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Bloomberg Business.
Before completing my Ph.D. in Accounting at Texas A&M University, I earned a B.S.B.A. in Accounting (2014) and Master of Accountancy (2015) from the University of Tulsa. My professional experience includes two years as an assurance associate and research analyst for PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in the financial services industry. I am also a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
